A dash of colour all year round
Mazzard Farm Gardens
With 17 acres of 'playground' at your disposal, the Mazzard Farm Gardens aren't just nice to look at, they are also a haven for insects and birds. The garden's style is best defined as 'informal', with lots of scope for wildflowers, herbs, annuals and perennials. There is also an orchard, which is home to some 25 fruit trees (apple, pear, damson, greengage).
Flowers
We have done our best to present guests with a colourful garden which changes with the season. The mild South West England climate means we can grow almost any flowers, and that there is almost always some colour present, even in winter
Our Orchard
The Mazzard Farm Orchard is not just to be looked at, it also produces the fruit we use for the gorgeous Mazzard Farm Apple Juice.
And we encourage people to 'actively' enjoy it. There is a hammock, a BBQ hut, and plenty of room for kids to run around. And if you're lucky enough to be staying in September or October, help yourself to the juicy produce!
The rest of the grounds
In addition to our semi formal gardens and the orchard, we have tonnes of space to roam around: the football pitch, our woodlands, the horse paddocks. It is quite easy to enjoy yourselves at Mazzard Farm all day round, especially on a sunny day.
